Nathaniel Dustin Dain, of Peekskill, was arrested on Thursday, Jan. 30, by police after they said they received a complaint from the Yorktown store earlier in the month.

According to an investigation, Dain and an unknown individual had been stealing property during the month of October 2019 that totaled $4,146, Yorktown Police said.
